These interviews include written and trade tests. We have the resources available to take on a specific project or a whole recruitment function. We take the responsibility to:
1. Release advertisement in leading dailies and regional to reach maximum number of candidates.
2. Screen, sort out and shortlist applicants in accordance with pre-qualifying criteria.
3. Arrange booking of hotels for company delegates and ensure a comfortable stay while in india.
4. Make all administrative arrangements/ permission from POE, Govt. of india concerning the interviews of candidates.
5. Arrange and conduct interviews/trade tests for certain categories as may be required.
6. Authentication of document from universities/ministries of india documents translation and attestation of the same from respective Embassy/consulate.
7. Arrange medical examination from Embassy approved GAMCA panel medical centers.
8. Coordinating with company HR department on daily to basis updating them about deployment progress.
9. Arranging Visa Stamping, Emigration clearance & Airline Reservation for selected personnel.
10. Maintain records for all personnel deployed and brief the selected personnel about the customs, traditions and law of the respective countries.
